Cancelation Policy

Cancellation policy.

Mantrailing progressions - you are welcome to reschedule bookings up to two weeks in advance. Cancellations will be given as credits if and only if we can fill your space.

Mantrailing intros can be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the session.

Classes can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the class. After this time no refunds will be given for any reason.

One2one packages we kindly ask that you complete all the sessions in your package within 6 months of the first session. Refund will not be given however the period can be extended if there are special circumstances, please contact us to discuss. Rescheduling of one2one sessions must be done a minimum of 48 hours in advance otherwise you will forfeit the session without a refund.

Any special issues that you may have or are concerned about MUST be discussed with All Wagged Out prior to booking. If we don’t know about it there’s nothing we can do to help or safe guard you/your dog or other clients.

If you want to cancel your one2one package before the first session we ask you give us 7 days notice. If you give Less than 7 days notice you will forfeit the cost of the first session.

  At All Wagged Out, we are committed to providing safe and effective dog training for all our clients. However, due to legal restrictions and insurance limitations, we are unable to work with breeds or crossbreeds that are currently banned. While we understand and respect that many people may have differing views on this matter, we must adhere to the law and the terms of our insurance policy. Our priority is to ensure a safe environment for all our clients and their dogs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
